By accessing or using AccessXL, you agree to the KA Media Software License Agreement and and the AccessXL Terms of Service. You are responsible for (and must have sufficient authority) to use this Product according to the Agreement and Terms. The party that administers your team controls (i) the set-up of the widget for your Licensed Domain(s); and (ii) uploading the Domain Code to the appropriate website. You also acknowledge that your AccessXL account is being managed by the entity that owns or controls the Domain for which your account was created or registered.
